On Tuesday, November 3, 1N5 facilitated a RECHARGE + RECONNECT presentation with 40 teachers and staff from Marr Cook Elementary School in Goshen.
RECHARGE + RECONNECT is a one-hour interactive presentation designed to support the emotional wellbeing of teachers. 1N5 developed this educational session in response to the significant stress teachers and staff are experiencing during this time of uncertainty and change. During the presentation facilitated by 1N5, teachers will have the opportunity to celebrate recent successes, acknowledge challenges, learn about compassion fatigue, and explore ideas for fostering connection and mental wellness.
