Cultural and ethnic intolerance have a detrimental impact on mental health.

The link between experiences of prejudice and mental illness is undeniable.  Acts of intolerance against minority ethnic groups is affecting the mental health of our country especially those suffering from two of the most commonly diagnosed mental health disorders in the United States: anxiety and depression.  Below is a collection of mental health resources, organizations, and sources of education to promote mental health equity across all populations.
