As our corporate work continues to grow, we are seeking a dynamic, credible, and mission-driven professional to lead and expand our workplace mental health programming.
Position Summary
The Senior Corporate Program Manager is a highly visible role responsible for delivering impactful trainings to corporate partners, expanding our workplace portfolio, and positioning 1N5 as a trusted expert in mental health prevention. This individual will engage CEOs, executives, HR leaders, and managers in meaningful conversations about why employee mental health matters—and how investing in it leads to stronger culture, increased productivity, and improved retention and attendance.
This role blends public health and prevention principles with a business-minded, results-driven approach, helping leaders understand how mental health impacts performance, retention, engagement, and organizational culture. The ideal candidate is an executive-level speaker, trusted advisor, and thought leader who can connect research and data to real-world business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Program Delivery & Thought Leadership

Facilitate engaging, evidence-informed trainings for corporate partners on:

Workplace mental health

Emotional intelligence and leadership

Suicide prevention and early intervention

Creating psychologically safe workplaces

Translate research and data into practical, accessible guidance for leaders

Serve as a visible representative of 1N5 at conferences, panels, and industry events

Position yourself and 1N5 as a trusted expert in workplace mental wellness and prevention
Business Development & Partnerships

Build and manage relationships with corporate partners and prospects

Conduct needs assessments and recommend tailored training solutions

Lead consultative conversations that demonstrate the business case for mental health

Support revenue growth through:

Prospecting

Presentations to decision-makers

Proposal development and follow-up

Collaborate with leadership on strategy for expanding the corporate portfolio
Program Development & Evaluation

Contribute to the evolution of 1N5’s workplace curriculum and offerings

Ensure all content aligns with current research and best practices

Support evaluation efforts to demonstrate impact and outcomes

Gather feedback from partners to refine and strengthen programming
Qualifications
Required
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health, Psychology, Social Work, Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in one or more of the following:

Training or facilitation

Corporate learning & development
-
Public health or mental health education
-
Consultative sales or partnership development

Exceptional public speaking and facilitation skills

Comfort presenting to executive-level audiences
-
Ability to connect research and data to real-world business outcomes

Strong relationship-building and communication skills

Alignment with 1N5’s mission and values
Preferred

Experience in workplace wellness, organizational development, or leadership training

Background in prevention science, mental health, HR, or behavioral health

Conference speaking experience

CRM or sales pipeline management experience

Experience in a supervisory or people-management role is a plus, with the ability to coach, mentor, and support others in a growth-oriented way

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
