Dr. Ann-Louise Lockhart is a Pediatric Psychologist and Board Certified in Clinical Child & Adolescent Psychology. She is the President/Owner at A New Day Pediatric Psychology, PLLC in San Antonio, Texas specializing in the treatment of children, adolescents, and adults with acute and chronic behavioral health and medical conditions. Dr. Lockhart started her practice in January 2016 after working 12 years in clinics, schools, and military hospitals. She is also a national speaker and presents to professional audiences on a variety of topics.
She is originally from St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands. She has lived in New York, Indiana, Ohio, California, Arizona, and now Texas. After experiencing a category 5 hurricane during her senior year of high school and losing her home, she began to understand how powerful our words, language, and thoughts are in the way we perceive our circumstances.
She loves good food, movies, traveling, reading, and experimenting with hairstyles and fashion. She is able to take complicated information and make it easy for the listener to understand. Dr. Lockhart published an ebook in March 2018 for parents of children diagnosed with ADHD.
