1N5 is seeking a School Program Manager to join our skilled team of caring and inclusive professionals. The School Program Manager reports to the School Program Director and is responsible for cultivating partnerships with schools and collaborating to effectively plan and execute mental health and suicide prevention education within their buildings.

Full-time position, located on-site in Cincinnati, Ohio with regional travel throughout Southwest Ohio and Northern Kentucky.
Pay range: $60,000 to $65,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Provide consultation and insight on youth mental health education programs delivered to schools, community groups and organizations.
- Establish relationships with new school partners in order to extend the reach and impact of 1N5’s mental health education programs.
- Nurture and grow the existing relationships with school partners. Assist in implementing 1N5’s evidence-based, mental health programming in partner schools.
- Develop and deliver professional presentations educating on mental illness and mental health that are evidence-informed and on brand.
- Provide mental health literacy and education to individuals pivotal in supporting youth mental health including parents/caregivers and educators/school staff.
- Develop educational literature on issues related to mental health, mental illness, wellness, and prevention.
- Screen educational materials to determine if resources are viable, safe, and effective for 1N5’s use.
- Manage contact and communication with mental health providers in the community to create and expand resource networks for local youth.
- Work closely with 1N5’s social media personnel to enhance educational content shared.
- Provide insight and support for 1N5’s evaluation efforts
- Support the advancement of statewide mental health policies through written and verbal advocacy
- Be available to accommodate partners on weekends and evenings when required.
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Current BCI & FBI certificate with no criminal history.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in education, psychology, counseling, social work, etc.
Prevention certification (RA, OCPSA, OCPS, OCPC) preferred.
Preferred:
- Experience working in mental health, prevention, education field or associated human services professions.
- Prior experience in designing, organizing, and delivering training sessions, workshops, or seminars, particularly on topics related to mental health, well-being, and suicide prevention.
- Preventionist credential or other applicable training experiences/licensures
- Background working with diverse populations.
