On Monday, May 3rd, in honor of Teacher Appreciation Week, 1N5 provided a RECHARGE + RECONNECT training to 70 staff members at North College Hill Middle School and High School.
RECHARGE + RECONNECT is designed to support the emotional well-being of teachers. This program was developed in response to the significant stress teachers are experiencing during this time of uncertainty and change. During the presentation, teachers have the opportunity to celebrate recent successes, acknowledge challenges, and explore ideas for fostering connection and mental wellness.
One staff member said they “thought it was great and loved how interactive it was!”
