My name is Jill, I’m a wife, a mother, an entrepreneur, a philanthropist, and a self-care advocate.
I’ve struggled with depression, anxiety & PTSD for my entire adult, teen, and early adolescence life.
It used to be something that I never really talked about. But now more than ever, I think it’s important that we start the conversation. it’s important to bring awareness.
It’s okay to have days where you don’t feel “okay.” Give yourself grace. Remember to pause. Remember to breathe.
Let’s eliminate the stigma, let’s raise awareness and lift each other up.
