Camryn Mort is a 21-year old from Cincinnati, Ohio. She graduated from Turpin High School and attended The Ohio State University. She just recently graduated from OSU with a major in marketing, and a minor in fashion and retail studies.
Camryn started learning about the mental health industry when her sister, Lindsey, was diagnosed with major depressive disorder. Sophomore year of college, Camryn started having severe anxiety, which led to panic attacks. After going to therapy for 6 months, she decided to start her own blog to normalize talking about mental health, and to make people feel less alone in their journeys as well!
