Hi I’m Candi, donut eater and fitness enthusiast—in that order. My true passion is helping other individuals that are struggling with mental illness, chronic disease, and past trauma. I use my account @candiquads to empower other chronic illness warriors to stay physically active while fighting for their mental and emotional health. I’m a personal trainer, coaching women from my home and also planning to roll out an online program later this month! I’m 1 part fire wife, 2 parts girl mom, 1 part mental illness advocate, 1 part chronic illness warrior, and 1 part domestic violence/sexual assault survivor. So many parts and so little time.
