Pete Mesrin Hosts Quarantine Self-Care for Students Instagram Live

On Wednesday, November 18th, Pete Mesrin,  LPCC-S, of Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center’s Adapting for Life program talked to students about Quarantine Self-Care. During this webinar, Pete introduced and discussed various self-care strategies. “Self-care has never been more important,” says University of Cincinnati freshman, Diya Joshi. “COVID-19 has disrupted youths’ school and social lives, leaving many feeling isolated from their peers. Pete reminds us to take care of ourselves and suggests practical tips for staying mentally healthy.”
