Erin Horn and Christine Browner, 1N5 team members and Sources of Strength Regional Trainers (Christine is provisional trainer), will take you on a virtual tour of the Strength Wheel. Designed to be simple and understandable, the Sources of Strength Wheel is a powerful tool that can help us recognize our strengths and boost protective factors making us more resilient to life’s challenges.
