A Lap Around the Wellness Wheel: If you need a mental boost after the first few months of school, join us for a World Mental Health Day celebration just for teachers. We’ll spend the afternoon outdoors for activities with 1N5 focused on sources of strength and resilience. Teachers will also go on a small group meander through the woods with a CNC naturalist to re-center. Free to all PreK through 12th grade public or private school teachers.
