1N5 attended a two-day training titled Building Resilience and Cultural Humility by Recognizing and Addressing Stereotype Threat and Implicit Bias conducted by the Tristate Trauma Network and Finding Hope Consulting on April 20th and 27th. During the trainings, we explored cultural humility by identifying and addressing the unseen messages we all live with that drive implicit bias and stereotype threat.
