How to Maintain Positivity During Quarantine

This week for #WarriorWednesday, Caroline McKeown was back with a new episode of #DearCaroline from quarantine to talk about maintaining positivity and mental health during this situation. She says it’s okay to feel your emotions if you’re forced to quarantine. Being isolated for 14 days is hard, and it’s okay to be sad about that. She also says, though, to use this time as an opportunity to catch up or get ahead on any work you might have, or take time to rediscover something you miss. Remind yourself this is not permanent, and you will get through it!
